Tried on shoes. The lady who served me was delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. She had exactly the right personality for customer service.

I went in on Boxing Day, and got helped very quickly even when super busy. She made sure to take me to directly what I was looking for rather than just pointed out the general direction. Didn’t get her name but she was blonde and wearing a black dress!

Customer service here is of such a high quality. The women in the women's clothing department are all so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and they are consistently coming to the change room to make sure you have what you need - so appreciated. Extremely impressed and will be coming here first next time I need some more clothes!

I picked a shirt from man’s section and had to finish my shopping at women’s section so I came downstairs this lady named Neda followed me around and went to every section and told ladies at checkout to keep eyes out for me!! I felt absolutely disgusted and unwelcomed. I felt like I was a criminal. I confronted the lady. I lodged a formal complaint but didn’t receive any response from karrinyup store until I emailed them again saying I felt unheard and there excuse was they didn’t have my phone number to contact me !!! Felt really unusual !!! Anyways will never be shopping in the store !!!!

The lady in the department was very helpful and went on a search for products not on the shelf, then tried to organise click and collect for me. Overall a good shopping experience. Could do with more staff to help at checkouts though.

Girl named Alyssa working in the woman's shoe department was extremely rude. Told me as I was about to tap my phone on the eftpos machine that it only accepted physical cards. I didn’t have it on me so she rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk to another till without a word. After I purchased my items she walked off yet again without a word and a stinking attitude. My partner still had his items he wanted to purchase. Alyssa really should not be working in retail.

A big thankyou to Joy for tracking my coffee machine. Best customer service ever. Was good to have someone that actually follows thru with what they say. This lady is a keeper and perfect for a department store, if only there were more like her.
